XML 4.4.0 Personal and xml2rfc addon

I added the following URLs to install the addon:

http://xml2rfc-xxe.googlecode.com/files/xml2rfc.xxe_addon
http://xml2rfc-xxe.googlecode.com/files/xml2rfc-0.7.6.xxe_addon
http://xml2rfc-xxe.googlecode.com/files/xml2rfc-0.7.5.xxe_addon

I ran "Install addons" and the addon does not appear. Any ideas?

Sorry for not updating the installation instructions - Google's
hosting took me by surprise about not being able to update a file once
someone's downloaded it; I was expecting to be able to update the
.xxe_addon files.

I've updated the installation instructions to point to
http://xml2rfc-xxe.googlecode.com/svn/release/xml2rfc.xxe_addon .
I've tested this with xxe 4.5.0 personal edition and it seems to still
work properly. I'll try to release an updated addon that contains the
new dtd, too.
