What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start with a valid IETF XML file.
2. Invoke XML2RFC menu in XMLMind to select any of the "using
xml.resource.org" options

What is the expected output?
The selected file, run through XML2RFC to produce text or HTML output

What do you see instead?
an empty file except for the XML2RFC error text: "NO INPUT FILE"

What version of the product are you using? XMLmind 5.3.0, xml2rfc-xxe

On what operating system? Mac 10.9.3
