I just would like to say that I appreciate hearing back from XMission
whenever there is a problem. I understand that there are going to be
the occasional problem with the service. Most service providers try to
hide issues, assuming that most customers won't notice. I appreciate
XMission taking the high road and communicating to customers when they
have had issues (and what they did to resolve them).
That is part of what makes XMission the best ISP I have ever heard of
(and certainly the best ISP in this neck of the woods).
