Xmind does not run

Hi we have an issue with XMind not running when we run the program we
get "an error has occurred. see the log file c:\programdata
\application data\xmind\confiuration-cathy\1338557441767.log"

but the location xmind\confiuration-cathy\1338557441767.log does not
exists .

runs fine as administrator but now as a standard user.

windows 7 pro Domain joined network computer (Roaming profiles)

any ideas how I can get hold of the log file?

Maybe you can try to launch xmind as administrator.
