Hello - I'm new to Xmind (and GTD), is there any clear guidance on the
way to implement GTD through Xmind ? Thanks

Hi

Could you take a look at XMind blog: http://blog.xmind.net/ ? Maybe the posts are helpful.

Sincerely!

I believe it can be done; but there are many other software that are
better suited for GTD: tiddlywiki, thinking rock, remember the milk,
gmail, and evernote. xMind is great for informal planning recommended
for GTD. It wouldn't that good for maintaining long lists.

My 2 cents.

Hi Sir

Are you using XMind Pro? If that, maybe you can try the "TaskInfo" and "Gantt View". Those will help you manage tasks.

BTW, we also design a GTD tool: http://twitdone.com
and an enterprise wiki:  https://cctext.net

I think they are useful to you too.

Sincerely!

Stephen
