Partial Text Formatting

I'm new to XMind so apologies if this is within a FAQ somewhere, but
I've been unable to find it.

I'm trying to make a fairly complex map of contract that has certain
words specifically defined. Several sub-topics of sub-topics will
reference one of these words. I'm trying to make a sub-topic text that
has *only* that word bolded, but it doesn't seem like I can format
only part of a sub-topic's text. Rather, when I highlight just that
word and select bold, the whole of the text is bolded.

For example, the word "building" is specifically defined. In branch of
topics/sub-topics, I want to make sub-topic text that quotes part of
the contract which uses that word. So I want it to be able to say
"blah blah blah building blah blah blah" and highlight the word
"building". This will let me know later when I'm going through that
branch that I need to refer back to the word" building" as well.

I will add a relationship as well (referring back to my "building"
node), but relationships alone aren't going to cut it because I need
to know WHY that relationship is there, not to mention that the word
"building" may be used elsewhere but without reference to that
specific definition.

Any ideas?
