Importing excel worksheets into Xmind

Is there any way to quickly import the data from an excel spreadsheet
into Xmind? This is something I do quite often, and would love to be
able to do so as efficiently as possible.

Also, is there a way to link Xmind sheets to one another in order to
show the relationship they have to one another?

Hi Josh 

XMind does not have the official feature to Import data from excel. And as I know, there are no such plan in recent future. :( You can try to paste the certain content into xmind directly.

Current, you can add link between 2 sheets in one workbook via creating topic link (hyperlink).
