I couldn't find the solution here
and I really luckily found it so I post it here
so you can locate these options in xmind.ini file,

-vmargs
-Xms128m
-Xmx512m
-XX:MaxPermSize=256m

change the position of -XX:MaxPermSize into the upper line, so simple
and ridiculous isn't it?

-XX:MaxPermSize=256m ==> to this line
-vmargs
-Xms128m
-Xmx512m

I cannot find xmind.ini in my local drive (windows xp)
Is xmind.ini for Mac only?

of course, no. it should be in your XMind installation folder. normally it's at C driver.

what about deleting below four line?
-XX:MaxPermSize=256m
-vmargs
-Xms128m
-Xmx512m

Everything used to work flawlessly earlier, and I don't know of any changes since then that should affect Java or XMind...
