Xmemcached 1.3.7 released.

Hi,all

   I am pleased to announce that xmemcached 1.3.7 released. xmemcached is an opensource memcached client for java.I've made a little improvement in sending heartbeat.Two small changes:

1.Sending heartbeat when connection is in read idle.

2.Added an environment variable xmemcached.heartbeat.max.fail.times to set max heartbeat failure times,default is 3 times.

   Upgrade it by maven:
