Job Title- Business Process Representative
Job Description :
The primary responsibilities include on-time report delivery, decreasing the time needed to create standard reports through automation, and delivering innovative technical solutions for streamlining processes by the following means:
- Liaising with the Business directly to gather & fulfill user requirements
- Daily report production
- Maintenance and development of Microsoft Access databases
- Providing support of Microsoft Access applications and Excel macros.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computers or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in MIS / Reporting domain.
We're looking for someone with demonstrated skill and interest in following areas:
- Advanced level in MS-Excel, MS-Access
- Experience with MS-SQL would be an added advantage
- Report and process automation
- Ability to produce precise, accurate, on-time deliverables
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Interest and ability to investigate, propose and implement process improvements
- Ensuring timely response to customer issues.
