License renewall

hi , we just bought a renewal license today but it wont apply. We keep getting the below errors. License activation failed. Please check the log for details.

And here are the logs

Hi,

If you are behind a firewall please whitelist api.licensespring.com on port 443.

The domain is whitelisted and we installed via license manager but we get this error.

Hi,

Could you try clear the licence folder using the button please. Then try reapplying the key.

Hi, we figured it out. My team mate installed it with admin credentials and forgot to change the path. We're good and thank you for the quick response.
