Help needed with xls2xform conversion error

Hi all,
I am trying to convert a xls to xml and get the following error
message...

"Unidentified Error with submission: Exception('Element with this name
already exists.', [u'deviceid', u'start_time', u'end_time', u'today',
u'subscriberid', u'simid', u'village_name', u'EA_number',
u'Respondents_first_name', u'Respondents_surname', u'Respondents_ID',
u'Couples_ID', u'Responents_nickname', u'Respondents_gender',
u'multi_question_page2', u'multi_question_page4',
u'multi_question_page6', u'Respondent_in_polygamous_marriage',
u'multi_question_page8', u'Responents_favorite_animal', u'geopoint'],
u'geopoint')"

I got previous versions to convert, but I can't figure out what I
changed in the xls to result in this message. Something similar
happened earlier in the development of this questionnaire and Andrew
made a bunch of changes to the xls. It worked for several rounds of
edits, then the problem came back.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi Mike,

It sounds like you have two questions named 'geopoint'. You could
rename one of them to something like 'geopoint2' to avoid the naming
conflict.

Hopefully this fixes the problem,
