Require phone authentication - problem authenticating

In trying to protect against unsolicited form submissions, I checked the box "Require phone authentication" in my "Settings." I was indeed prompted to authenticate in ODK Collect when trying to "Get Blank Form" from my list. However, it won't accept my username and the password I use to log in to formhub.org. Is there another set of credentials I am supposed to be using?

The same problem occurs when trying to connect to http://formhub.org/arthur/formList in a desktop web browser.

Hi Arthur, since this is a formhub-specific issue, I'm moving it over to formhub-users mailing list.

Would you try using https://formhub.org/arthur and report back if the same error(s) occur? We encourage the use of https, especially when security is a concern, as it seems like it is with your effort. Meanwhile, we will look into the issue with using http and phone authentication together.
