Consultant Needed for Survey Automation Project

I work for an international NGO providing microfinance services to over 900,000 clients in 21 developing countries.  We conduct client surveys every year to better understand the socio-economic status of our clients and also to monitor and evaluate our programming.  See www.FINCA.org to learn more about who we are.

This year we want to use ODK to pilot test survey data collection using phones and also to integrate GPS information to the data sets. 

We are searching for a qualified individual to help us with this work, please see the attached scope and reply to paul....@finca.org if you are interested in the assignment.  Timeframe will be 15 April (after the survey questionnaire is complete) until 15 May (in time for training our researchers for the summer field work.)
