I'd like to build a package manager for XLS

Hi everyone,

I've been following the growth of open-source hardware over the past few years and XLS is one of the most exciting things I've seen. I think it could completely change the way FPGA and ASIC application are written (I'm seeing a lot of parallels with Rust here). It looks like there's honestly not a lot of sharing of code in this space and I think a really good package manager could help change that culture.

I know XLS is still in an early phase, but would y'all be interested in working with me on this or at least chatting about it?
