Hello all,

I’m writing a paper that is being published under the language science press style guidelines and I’m hoping to make an XLingPaper Stylesheet for it.  On their website, they have Latex-skeleton templates available to use. My question is:

1) Has anyone adapted a Latex-skeleton stylesheet to XLingPaper? Is it easy?

or

2) Has anyone made a stylesheet for “language science press” that they could share with me?

Sebastian N. Has worked with Xlingpaper outputs before.  Contact him for help. He does all things technical for LSP.  Currently there is nothing embedded in xlingpaper which produces an LSP output. This would be a fantastic addition.

Ryan:

As of June 2017, Language Science Press is accepting XLingPaper documents.  See https://software.sil.org/xlingpaper/language-science-press-is-now-accepting-xlingpaper-documents/.

At least back in 2017, Sebastian's email address was sebastian...@langsci-press.org.

Thanks for the contact info for Sebastian Nordhoff.  I contacted him and he says:

"We have made some experiments with XLingPaper, but we have no full existing toolchain. Please format the paper as you see fit and we will see how we can deal with it.”

I’ll try to create a stylesheet that matches their style specifications and share it with the rest of you.

Ryan
