It is such a welcome move to reconvene the HUL alumni. Thank you for taking the initiative.

Determining dates for such a gathering is always a challenge. No dates will meet the full consensus. I would therefore like to suggest that we avoid any obvious conflicts, as far as possible. For example, XLRI Homecoming is on 11 December - can this be avoided? Also, if I remember correctly, HUL gatherings were held on the third Sunday of December in the past. Can we freeze that? Those who have conflicting engagements can decide on which to attend.  

There is never an easy answer to fixing dates but if the third Sunday of December is fixed, that will help.   You may like to consider this suggestion.
