Late Mr. VV Ginde

Just heard of the sad demise of Mr. VV Ginde. He was one of a breed of Personal Managers that helped us to meet the IR challenges of their time. Each one of them had their own style of managing the work force , unique but effective in their own way playing a key and critical role. Worked with him in Garden Reach and Bombay factory and relied heavily on his help.
May God give the family the strength to bear the loss. It is a consolation to note that he did not suffer much.
May his soul rest in peace.
