Should questions still be directed to stack overflow?

I'm working on a substantial project that's using XLA and I've hit a number of things I don't understand and would really like some advice on. I noticed your comment

Accordingly, I've directed my questions there, and one has an answer but another three have not. I wanted to check if Stack Overflow is indeed the best place to direct my questions?

Hi Joel,

Despite these instructions, I don't think anyone is answering XLA questions on SO, so it's better to use the mailing list or Github.
