Greetings from the current XLRI GMP Batch (2011-12)!

As you might have heard - we started with our Placement season in November 2011. As part of the placement prcess - we are organizing Placement drives in Bangalore and Mumbai between the following dates.

Bangalore : 27^th February 2012 to 29^th February 2012

Mumbai : 1^st March 2012 to 3^rd March 2012

Also, it would be great if you can provide us with any contacts / openings etc you might come across which we could target for the Placement Week or in the overall Placement Process.

Just wanted to give an update to everyone on the status of our Placement week.

Almost 60 from the current GMP batch have arrived in Bangalore and we have 7 companies confirmed for the next 3 days.

Ocwen /Altisource
Cognizant
Wipro
Infosys
Ingersoll Rand
Mindtree
Accenture

There are around 3-4 companies which are yet to confirm and we awaiting on further details like panel availability etc.

We do have a few free slots available on 27th and 28th of Feb. Any support in terms of possible leads etc to fill these slots would be a great help :)

Dear All

Just wanted to update everyone on the current status. We were able to place 29 students in our Bangalore / Mumbai placement week and another 3 after we got back to campus.

The current status -

Batch strength - 121
Students sitting in placement process - 111
Students Placed - 64
Students yet to be placed - 47

Attached is the excel sheet with the profiles of the students who are still eligible for placements. Any support with regards to contacts / openings etc would be a great help :)
