Thanks for the useful toolkit, xjView.
I was wonder would you mind explain what df means in xjView.

Meri,

df in xjview is exactly same with df in statistics. T-test image is always associate with a df, which is usually # subject - 1.

Thanks a lot for the guidance.
does it involve z-score images obtained from group analysis too? e.g
if an image resulted from group analysis of 4 subjects df should be 3
or 1?

df is not used for z-score.
