HI everyone 

I am student of cognitive rehabilitation and I do research of prediction bipolar with Smri and fmri data.

I have problem that how can find and enter good threshold in my analysis. I do in conn toolbox and I want to know what is the best threshold for bipolar disorder????

There is no "best threshold" for bipolar disorder. When you publish, you want to p<0.05 (corrected); when you are exploring, you can try different p-value thresholds.
