Dear all,

I am trying to load the Glasser atlas for the purpose of identifying the region for a certain MNI coordinate set, i.e. if I specify a set of MNI [x y z], I would like to obtain the corresponding label in the Glasser atlas.

I read on another post that the atlas can be changed in the TDdatabase.mat file, however, I am not sure how I can go about this, as I never worked with such data before. Is there any guide as to how this can be performed or is someone experienced with such operations that would be kind to give me some relevant advice? It would help me a lot!

Many thanks in advance.

Best,
Rares

Rares,

We do not have a guide for this, as it is advanced and requires a certain level of programming. I recommend loading the mat file to examine its structure and reading the xjview.m file (maybe chatgpt can help too).
