Hi, the "report" function provides both "peak MNI coordinates" and "center of gravity MNI coordinates" for each cluster. I believe that the peak MNI coordinates correspond to the maximum activation within the cluster, but what does "center of gravity MNI coordinates" mean?

Thank you very much,
Qingfang

Qingfang,

Center of gravity MNI coordinate is simply the mean (average) of all voxel coordinates in a cluster. For example, the center of gravity of coordinates [1,3,5] and [2,9,11] is [1.5,6,8].
