Dear all,

I tried to superimpose images from different experimental conditions to make figures of the render view like this: ( fnagi-14-849774-g002.jpg (3850×4328) (frontiersin.org) ).

For example, green  represents the results of one condition and  red represents the results of the other condition.   But there is only one color in the render view even after I selected multiple images . Can anyone kindly let me know how to set the colors?

Best regards
SC

SC,

xjView's render view can only display two colors if your image has both positive and negative stats surviving the threshold. Even if you input two images, it only uses one color for the positive stats for both images.
