Hi all,

If I threshold a SPM to a particular p-value, then put in a FDR value,
the value I put for p-value changes. Is this the new, corrected p-
value? What's the best way to think of this alteration?

Many thanks,

Thomas

xjview first calculate the corresponding uncorrected p-Value of the FDR value; then update the view. The mapping between FDR value and p-Value depends on the image.

Thank you for your response. I'm still a little confused about this.
So if I first chose an uncorrected p-value of .0005 and then chose
FDR .005, and the p-value window changed to 0.0017377, then that is
saying that 0.0017377 is the corresponding p-value, so I can imagine
uncorrected 0.0017377 and FDR .005 being analogous given this
particular SPM?

Thanks again,

Thomas
