【For EP Interview】Tips for EP Interview

因为最近ET Team在抓紧raise的同时也要负责个别的EP 面试，因为这个面试是没有具体规定的，所以基本还是以自己的感觉为主。也没有现成的资料。因为这一块我还是要training的，所以现在先简单给大家介绍一下一般的面试情况。

一。Prrparation for yourself

1. 一定要仔细先阅读一下TN Form，熟悉TN能够提供给EP的条件。不要overpromise给EP任何公司不能提供的条件。

这次两个TN Form是：TN-In-CN-NJ-2012-389 TN-In-CN-NJ-2012-390, 在myaiesec.net可以搜到。相信大家应该会搜form吧~不会可以私底下问我（这个也是会training的）

2. 自己不能紧张，要有良好的心态，要记住，是别人要来你的项目做X，而不是你想去别人那。

二。Interview process and specific question

(1) Introduction

首先你可以做一个简单的自我介绍，然后告诉他整个面试的基本流程。然后就可以让他做自我介绍了。

（2） Motivation

这一部分主要是问他为什么要来做这个工作。问题比如：

Why do you want to go China?

Why do you prefer this TN?

(3) ability

这一部分主要是问他的能力是否胜任

Why do you think you are the person for this TN?

List your three advantages

What do u think about English Teaching 什么的

（4）Realize （这一块是由其需要记录的，需要给公司反馈用，也需要简单的告诉我）

When can you come to China？

Do you know the F visa from your country to China？

How long can U be in China ?

(5）根据公司的要求，白人，无特别口音，最好能12月下旬就能来中国。如果你觉得他可以，那么就行第6部

（6） The company will have a final interview soon , so keep your mail or skype inj contact these days, good luck to u~

(7) Do you have any questions?

这个问题上，如果你不能回答，就记下来follow给我，你们就说我会尽快发邮件给他们解答。

（8）End of interview

三. 面试Tips:

1. 可以针对他的问题不断的追问。

2. 不要紧张，记住，当做【平常的口语练习。

3. 对于不能回答的问题，记下来就好。

4. 一定要和EP KEEP IN contact,以免之后公司要EP他们就没有了。
