首先，我们要cheer for我们的OD又成功啦~
我们要按照来参加SRB Training的人，除了TL之外，我们把senior分成了三组啦~到时候大家穿黑色卫衣就好了~
周二晚18:00-20:30 裘成圆 康熙
周二晚20：30-23:00 王栩瑶 韩紫依
周三晚18:00-20:30 胡凌豪
那一般的SRB是什么原则呢，那就是要找到适合ICX的人了~
而一般来说ICX的标准就是：
1. 要有一定的sales能力，灵活应变，处变不惊。
2. 要有很好的团队融合度
3. 要和基本他的team的mbr性格要相符
4. 符合AIESEC的价值观和general的要求
5. 吃苦耐劳，肯做，没有拖延DDL的精神
6. 对这个部门和AIESEC的commitment
7. 还有就是他对于ICX的认知了
那一般 SRB的Flow是什么呢？
1. Introduction，他的自我介绍
2. 根据他的自我介绍进行深度的提问，比如他的经历是怎么实现的啊
3. Sales simulation,这次可能会模拟CC的过程或者销售在场的一个东西
4. 对于他日常生活的安排和性格的测试~
5. 对于他对AIESEC的理解咯
可能这样说太笼统啦，大家只要在第一个experience看我的flow就知道咯~
然后面试最主要的是，追着问题发问咯~
然后具体的我会在你们来到面试场跟你们说的啦~
