【IMP】Arrangement for those coming days

Dear ICXers,

这封邮件将会说明近期的一个工作总结和说明。

一. 因为ET Team TL吴昊泽这周将会去台湾参加Int'l Conf, 所以ET Team将会由我直接track。我会在近期给大家打电话沟通现在目前的情况，请ET不要放松各位的MR和CC，该继续follow up的还是得继续follow up。

二. 针对悦一上周的创意产业园的扫楼，希望及时做好follow up,尽快raise，不然这种好机会就要错过啦，机会不等人啊啊~

三. CRS Team针对目前你们看的苏州以外市场的拓展，要继续加油，控制好你们CC和MR的数量和成效。

以上问题，请每一位TL负责track。

 

希望大家能够保持一个积极的形态和学习的心境去做ICX，这样才会能够学到更多的东西。

下面说一下我们目前raise的form的delivery 情况：

1. 新城花园酒店的reraise，周思思已经在负责match，这一块EP基本是在1月到岗。

2. 琅文英语已经在进行公司面试的环节,ET Team正在接触不同的EP，卓有成效。能够尽快match。

3. 独墅湖世尊酒店，我已经拿到最终的合同版本和JD，今晚上form，这一块的match工作将会有CRS负责。这个我之后会邮件给CRS TL.

4. 洪恩英语，这个已经给了我们oral raise, 韩一枢要继续follow up，把合同和JD搞下来，上form。把他当做大客户来做，因为一旦做成功，对于苏州ET市场的开放，将会是有巨大作用的。

 

从以上情况来看，我们raise的TN全部集中在ET和Hotel,基本是符合初期ICX的发展方向的，酒店和ET起步。但是women仍然不能放松其他的行业，在苏州来说还是有potential的，所以，希望在做其他行业的Mbr们加把力，真正去发掘那个市场。
