After days of making appeals for needing to speak with someone about the Yahoo Group, recent unpleasant activity, and other matters pertaining to difficulties resulting from the absentee Owner - Moderator; I pretty much got a "Bottom Line" from the Latte' -sippers at Yahoo.
"Tough break.  There's nothing we can do."

And, there's nothing they will do, either.  Including:  Passing the Ownership over to a legitimately caring member ... moving the Posts and Files to a new group site for 850 members.  Simply making a responsible member with a history of filing TOS violations a co-moderator.  Zip!

According to Yahoo --  Quote //  Everything pertaining to the site belongs to Barry Blessing.  What you should really try to do; is communicate these issues with Mr. Blessing and have him assign Moderator duties to several member of your group.  //  End quote!

We need to put a full-court-press on ... locating Blessing and have him "Pass the torch" to somebody who cares.

I'm all the way back to GO -- Square one.

Anybody got a friend in the FBI, CIA, NSA -- or, ... maybe your kid has some serious "Hacking" skills and would like his pocket stuffed with a couple Benjamin's?

Rick, well, I hope that this group will replace the Yahoo Group. At
least, that is the intention.

I'll be composing the 'come on over' email today or tomorrow. It will
take a bit of time and thought to compose, and the last few days have
been very busy.
