Xitrum 3.28.15

Xitrum 3.28.15 has been released, to update dependency libraries:

The main purpose is to update jquery-validation from 1.18.0 to 1.19.0, to fix a problem with IE11 see:

There's no Xitrum API change.

To update your project from Xitrum 3.28.14 to 3.28.15, simply update its version number.
