Xitrum 3.28.8 (please update)

Xitrum 3.28.8 has been released.

It's for fixing a WebSocket problem;

many thanks to Oshida-san (https://github.com/georgeOsdDev) for reporting and fixing:

https://github.com/xitrum-framework/xitrum/pull/662

and updating dependency libraries:

https://github.com/xitrum-framework/xitrum/issues/661

There's no Xitrum API change.

To update your project from Xitrum 3.28.7 to 3.28.8, simply update its version number.
