With sponsorship from Goldman Sachs and IBM, Community Business is launching a resource guide to help companies create inclusive workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees in China.
The Resource Guide includes:
• Highlights the business case for addressing the needs of LGBT
• Provides the cultural and legal context for LGBT issues in China
• Provides a set of recommendations on what companies can do to create inclusive workplaces for LGBT employees
• Includes a number of examples of good practice from leading companies in China
