What happens when you try to send a message to that contact? When you send a message to a contact you have blocked through your iPhone, it would not show "Delivered" under the message, and the recipient wouldn't receive it. Are you seeing "Delivered" under the messages you're attempting to send? If so, this may be an issue with the other person's device. If they are using an iPhone too, make sure they have correctly unblocked you using the steps here: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Keep in mind, if they blocked your number directly through their carrier, unblocking your number using the steps in that support article would not be sufficient in allowing you to send messages to them. They would need to contact their carrier to remove the block.
Hi I am a beginner to FreeRtos and I am wondering that when I have two tasks with the same priority, with the 1st task being continuous and the 2nd one being event triggered. When the 2nd task is unblocked when it is triggered by the 1st task, will the 2nd task now immediately go into the running state instead? This is what I thought would happen as it is what I observed for semaphore cases, but in the image provided below, the receiver task does not go into running state immediately after the 1st xTaskNotifyGive(receiverHandler)" command is called(which the receiver task should now be unblocked already?), but instead, the receiver task only goes into the running state after all 4 commands are called and when the sender task is in the blocked state due to vTaskDelay.
I revamp this thread, because I see the same symptoms:
"RHP asks to be unblocked, but no unblock button in the properties"
This thread ended without conclusion. There is a hint that the issue might have something to do with network drives:
Hi @dale, i have one case where the plugin (rhp) must reside on a network drive and it does not seem to be possible to install because the plugin is seen as blocked. The file has been unblocked for sure.
Effects: Atomically call lock.unlock() and blocks the current thread. The thread will unblock when notified by a call to this->notify_one() or this->notify_all(), or spuriously. When the thread is unblocked (for whatever reason), the lock is reacquired by invoking lock.lock() before the call to wait returns. The lock is also reacquired by invoking lock.lock() if the function exits with an exception.
The red block is blocked in! Clear the path so you can get it out of the grid. Click and drag on a block to move it. Horizontal blocks can only move left or right while vertical blocks can only move up or down.\r\n\r\nTry to free the red block in as few moves as possible to earn the maximum amount of stars in the Unblocked game. The funds are unblocked after the allotment of shares. However, certain banks will unblock the funds only after the mandate end date. To check the mandate end date, visit kite.zerodha.com/bids/ipo and click on the IPO.
The allotment date for GOYALSALT is 5th October. Banks unblock the funds on the refund initiation date, which is the 6th of October. If the bank has not unblocked the funds, it will be done after the mandate end date, i.e. 14th October 2023.
I moved the CHM file to a folder on the desktop to organize the files, and when I opened the file, the content of the CHM reader couldn't open the pages in the CHM file. I've open the file property, but the unblocked button is gone. Well, I can simply download the file, though I find the problem interesting and I need to know how to troubleshoot it.
Recently I unblocked someone from sending me text messages and ever since then if they send me a text it may go through immediately or it may take anywhere up to an hour to receive. I have this problem with no other person and nor does the sender. If they try to call after a text shows as sent, but not delivered, there's a delay, but then it rings twice and goes to voicemail. I never receive the call on my end. This has been going on for about a week we've both cleared our cache, settings, and restarted both phones. We each have a pixel.
I am on PA 8.0.4. If I go to ACC -Blocked activity, I can see what we are blocking. Is it possible to generate a report of unblocked threats? Potential attacks that get through because of policy rules? It would be nice to generate not just a general attack report, but a report of potential attacks that my polices are not blocking.
I am the SEPM admin for an organization, and we currently have rules in place to block access to USB storage access on our endpoint PCs. We have it set up in SEPM's device control to notify the users that USB storage access is blocked by company policy. This is working pretty well for us, but I have been notified by users that they receive the same popup for devices that are "allowed/unblocked", as well. These are USB devices like headsets and mice, which have already been explicitly allowed in the blocking exclusions.
I realize that this was due to the notification settings. It shows in SEPM this popup notification is displayed on the user's SEP client whenever a device is blocked or unblocked. Obviously, the message it displays about USB storage being blocked doesn't really apply to these HIDs, but it causes users to be concerned and wonder if functionality has been hampered. (The popup message actually does show "Allowed the device" at the top of the message, but the combination of the two messages in the Win10 notification area causes confusion.)
I was hoping for either a fix or creative solution to have the notification message differentiate between whether a device was blocked or unblocked. We do appreciate providing our users notifications when their USB storage device has been blocked, so I'd like to keep this setting enabled. This way, they can reach out to our support team and see about doing an alternate method of file transfer. Ideally, however, I would prefer they NOT receive a popup notification when the device is unblocked/allowed.
