Looking to Lease Small Workshop for Metal Work

Hi all, sorry if this post is out of place here, but since you're likely local makers I wanted to ask if anyone could kindly give tips or referrals for finding a small workshop in Shanghai (preferably Pudong). The context is that I am setting up a WFOE and will be prototyping (not manufacturing) custom products made of metal and this will involve metal casting. So far I have only found co working spaces and regular offices on the web and I doubt they would be zoned correctly for my purposes.

Your help would be immensely appreciated.
