Looking for an automated key delivery solution as an Airbnb superhost

Hi all,

I'm Hang, currently an Airbnb superhost listing our apartment near Longyang Road Station.  Two weeks later I will be on business travel to Hangzhou for 6 months, so I'd need an automated key delivery solution for delivering my key to upcoming Airbnb guests.

Basically I'd need to build a system which could hold the key and extend it through the kitchen window and drop it (from second floor) to the guest waiting on the ground outside the apartment building. I will probably need control module with Wifi connection so that when the guest connects to the Apartment Wifi, he/she could go through the verification process via Web GUI (a web server deployed on my PC) and trigger the activation of the key delivering device near the window. I'll update with some photo tomorrow to describe in detail.

BTW, I'll join the XinCheJian Wednesday Open Night on April 26, 2017, and looking forward to meet experienced maker and hopefully could have chance to collect your suggestions.

I would take digit lock as the last resort if we really cannot find a robust solution. Besides, I don't have control of the building gate so installing digit lock is only viable for the apartment. Guests still needs to try their luck to enter the building. And building such a unique key delivery system is much more fun than acquiring a state-of-art product (guests might like the unique way of getting the key too, lol).
