Version 2.2 and 2.3

Hello,

I think version 2.2 is now final. I only wait for Michiel Rook that he will release VersionControl_SVN 0.5.0 so Xinc 2.2 is cleanly installable from pear packages.

So I managed today the priorities for the 2.3 release. The main parts are:

- CleanUp PlugIn Coding
- Code Metrics Support
- Support Branch for git
- Forced-Build


Maybe also branch support for the svn plugin. After releasing 2.3 (or maybe 2.3alpha1) I think I'll switch to github (or any other service with such features).

So, comments and feature requests are welcome.
