I'm running Xinc in two environments - Mac OS X, and Red Hat Linux
(currently 4, moving to 5 shortly).

On RHL the web dashboard works perfectly. On the Mac, it loads once
(without any project data), then if you try to refresh the page, the
screen goes completely blank.

I spent about 8 hours debugging, and narrowed the problem down to a
specific area in the code... except that it varied a little, which led
me to think that it is a timing issue of sorts.

This was back in February, and I gave up and adapted Raphael's growl
plugin (http://raphaelstolt.blogspot.com/2008/04/hooking-growl-
publisher-plugin-into.html) for my local working environment. Since
the production environment (RHL) is working, this isn't a hugely
important issue to me but I thought I'd mention it both to document it
(in case another mac user comes along), as well as to see if someone
else knew what could be going on.

I am not sure what may be happening. I, too, have run Xinc in a mac
environment with success. I have not replicated the issues you are
having. Your apache / php logs are not documenting any errors when
the browser screen goes blank?
