As google code is closed now, I moved Xinc development to github.
There are 2 Xinc codes repositories now:
* https://github.com/Xinc-org/xinc
** This development will lead to Xinc 3.0
* https://github.com/xinc-develop
** This will lead to an release of Xinc 2.5 mostly driven by Sebastian Knapp
