Xinc Development How To

Hello everyone,

I have created a new wiki page specifying some tips and instructions
on how to get started with development for Xinc based on my experience
and headaches ;-)

Please let me know any of you find anything lacking or would like
further clarification on a particular topic. In this vein, I would
like to develop several documents that explain the internals of Xinc
as time allows.
