Unable to start Xinc server on windows machine.

Hi,

I have installed all the pears:

pear channel-discover pear.elektrischeslicht.de
pear channel-discover pear.phing.info
pear channel-discover components.ez.no
pear install Xinc/xinc

Then installed Post Installation Configuration:
pear run-scripts xinc/Xinc

After that I have added below lines in httpd.conf, and restart the
Apache server.
Include /etc/xinc/www.conf
LoadModule rewrite_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_rewrite.so

In last I used "C:\winserv start Xinc" this to start the Xinc server,
but it does not show any message/error.

I opened "http://localhost:8080/" and it shows page not found.

Please let me know if I missed anything.

Hi Atin,

I don't have any windows system, so I can't realy help.

At first IMHO you need to load the mod_rewrite module before including the www.conf.
The service don't say anything if it doesn't fail.

Hopefully that helps you.
