如何在windows上记住gtk应用窗口大小？

我记得在GNU/Linux下面都可以记住窗口大小（现在在图书馆没法验证），但是现在我在Windows下面用Evince每次打开却总是重置成小窗口，有大佬知道怎么弄吗？我猜应该在哪设置环境变量或者什么参数可以解决。
