I wish to bring to your notice that Ashoka University has its pre-application round of undergraduate admissions closing on 20-January, 2014. The below details could be useful to those who are interested in applying to the same.

Ashoka University makes a fundamental departure from the existing format of admissions in India which, in general, is driven by a single score or cut-off. Our selection method is rigorous and holistic and takes into account applicants’ intellectual curiosity, academic performance over the senior school years (Class X, XI and XII), extra-curricular achievements, interests and personal context. 

 

Why apply early:

 

Commencing your application now will give you a head start as the application process requires them to think and answer detailed questions and also write essays. The rolling admissions cycle allows for the student to apply even if they have not taken their Board Exams or equivalent.
