こんばんは橋本です。

xfce4-weather-pluginの新バージョンが出るよという通知がありましたので、
翻訳を更新しました。
文字列的にはコピーライトの年の修正とチップヘルプの文言の調整(2個)だけです。
他に表記の揺れを調整しました。
大した変更はありませんが、時間というか興味のある方は査読をよろしくお願いします。
