xfce 4.6.2 e libxfce4util

[cri]

Oggi in velocità ho tradotto il pacchetto in questione e così xfce
4.6.2 dovrebbe essere tradotto al 100%. Dico dovrebbe perchè forse
sono arrivato appena in ritardo dato che ho inviato il file alle 19:05
mentre il tagging della nuova release era pianificato per le 19:00
(18:00 UTC) di oggi.

Ho saltato la fase di revisione dato che ero proprio agli sgoccioli.
Il pacchetto comunque è anche in xfce master e quindi lo posto di
seguito per la revisione
