[xerxes-portal] space in My Collections public url

Hello,

In the My Collections edit screen (edit_subject.xsl) the url generated when a user selects "Public" has a space between the protocol and the url, which works as a link in browsers I've tested but doesn't work when copied and pasted. This seems to be a problem for some of our users so I'm submitting an easy patch to the collections/edit_subject.xsl file which removes that white space.

P.S. David-- looking into the .htaccess changes to see if they are entirely necessary.
