problem with the way our Interlibrary Loan forms are being auto-populated out of Xerxes

Hello All

I am posting this for another campus in the UW System that is not on

Short summary

We are having an odd problem with the way our Interlibrary Loan forms
are being auto-populated through our library systems, and after
working with technical support for SFX, Metalib, and EBSCO (on-and-off
for a YEAR), it’s been labeled a Xerxes problem. It’s all a little
over my head, but I’ll explain it as well as I can.

Hey Bryan,

I have an enhancement/fix for this committed. I still need to test it thoroughly, but here's the relevant file with the changes, if you want to give a whirl on a test server.

Just to be safe, you should be on the latest version of Xerxes.
