sqlite-jdbc-3.7.2 release

Hi all,

I built a new version of sqlite-jdbc based on SQLite 3.7.2:
http://www.xerial.org/maven/repository/artifact/org/xerial/sqlite-jdbc/3.7.2/

Pure-java version included in this release is still 3.6.23 because of
some compile errors when
translating 3.7.2's SQLite code into Java. I guess fixing this
problem would be a long way,
and in future releases of sqlite-jdbc, I would like to drop the pure-
java mode due to this difficulty of compilation.
(Other known problems of pure-java mode include JDK1.5/1.6
imcompatibility, lack of gcc-4.x feature used in SQLite 3.7.x code,
etc. )
