Encryption with SQLCipher

Hello,

I am trying to setup java app with sqlite as local storage on windows. Because encryption is required, I want to use sqlcipher.

zenetic(company behind sqlcipher) offers "sqlcipher for jdbc", but this is payed solution.

It will be enough to build DLL file from open source version and link it to sqlite-jdbc? As mentioned here https://github.com/xerial/sqlite-jdbc/blob/master/Usage.md#how-to-use-encrypted-databases
