On Friday we pushed through 45 minutes of rowing. We always do a
gradual warm up to make sure that the large muscle groups are firing
at the right time, and that upper bodies are hinging at the hip
joint. This time around we concocted a variation of stroke rate
changes and stroke reduction that pushed us through 5 minute pieces.
The time flew by quickly. The video and sound recording came out great
despite a group of obnoxious women who came in and turned up the TVs
while they were using the treadmills and recumbent bikes. You have to
wonder at times how people make decisions. I worded them up, that is
not on the video, maybe I should have left the mic on. Here is the
